Rainbow Kidz is a unique community resource dedicated to meeting the special needs of children and their families. Rainbow Kidz is offered at no cost to families or schools and encompasses an array of services provided by licensed clinical social workers, including:

Students will be able to select classes for 9th grade in March. High school counselors will visit Mooresville Middle School in March to help eighth graders with the process. Dates are TBD

Rising 9th Grade Info Night is in March in the Mooresville High School Performing Arts Center. All eighth graders and their parents should plan to attend. Dates are TBD

We are not planning an MHS tour this Spring. Orientation will be held a few days before school starts. Dates are TBD

Students will be able to apply to the Agriculture and Science Early College (ASEC), Crossroads Arts and Science Early College, and/or Collaborative College for Technology and Leadership (CCTL). Below are links to each school's website where the application is located:

Students only need to complete one application regardless of which schools (either one, two, or all three) they want to apply to attend. On each website under the "Application" section, there is a three-step process that students/parents must follow to complete the entire application process. Teachers are aware that students will be emailing them to request recommendations. Ms. Troutman, our MMS data manager, also knows that parents will be emailing her to request records be released to Iredell Statesville Schools.
