7-12 Student Virtual Learning Preparation Information

Good day, Mooresville Middle School Families:

This is Ayana Robinson, Principal of Mooresville Middle School, calling with an important message about Virtual Learning Plan at Mooresville Middle School, which will begin on Monday, March 23, 2020.

Yesterday and today we reviewed the Virtual Learning Plan with our faculty and staff.  If you have not been contacted already, your child’s teacher will contact you by email no later than this evening Tuesday - March 17, 2020.  The purpose of the contact is to:

1) To determine if each student/parent has internet access at home.  If you do not have internet access at home and are unable to obtain it from the free services listed below, please complete this form.

2) Provide students/parents with specific details of what Virtual Learning will entail in your teacher’s class.

You can access a general overview of the Virtual Learning Plan for your MMS and MHS here.   If you have any questions about this plan, you can submit your question on this form.    We will compile these questions into a comprehensive FAQ document and share the responses with you later this week.

If you do not have Internet access, TDS (formerly Continuum Communications) is offering Free Broadband Access for New K-12 and college student households for 60 Days.  This applies to new customers only. For more information call:  704-660-3840.
